Shipping terms
The products are always delivered as soon as possible, and if there is a delay in the delivery of the product, the customer will be notified by e-mail. As a general rule, we will post shipments within 1-2 days of ordering, but always as soon as possible.
We use Posti or Matkahuolto as delivery methods, the customer can choose as they wish. The seller is not responsible for any delays caused by logistics companies (Posti or Matkahuolto).
Your order will usually arrive 1-3 days after your order, depending on how we ship. You will receive a tracking code for your order once we have processed your order and it is ready to ship.
We supply products to Finland and, to a limited extent within EU, Baltic and Scandinavian countries.
The free delivery we offer is valid for domestic deliveries when the delivery method is parcel delivery to either Posti or Matkahuolto’s customer service point or parcel machine.
In other cases, the buyer pays for the freight.

Buyer’s validity
We also encourage young people to use our products, but if you are a minor (under 18) you must have your guardian’s consent to purchase. There is no upper age limit for purchasing products.

Complaints and rights of return
Our products are handmade, so they may have aesthetic differences from each other, but we will not tolerate bad quality. If you notice a defect in your product, please contact us immediately. Email with pictures is a good start.
In case of incorrect deliveries or returns due to a defect in the product, we will cover the postage for the return. In other cases, we will look at it on a case-by-case basis.


We grant a limited lifetime warranty on our products, as they will not break if used and maintained properly. However, if, for one reason or another, your product happens to break down, please contact us. We can probably fix the product. Our oldest knives have reportedly been in use for 20 years, and yet we haven’t gotten broken up again. So you would be the first. (Text will be updated when the first broken one arrives).
