Q: How quickly do you deliver orders?
A: We aim to dispatch orders within the same day, if only products are in stock. During the Christmas and summer holidays there may be longer delays in delivery, but we will always inform you of these in advance.
Q: If a product is out of stock and I order a re-delivery, how long is the delivery time?
A: Depending on the product, it can take 1-2 weeks, but in most cases it can be only a few days until the product is back in stock.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: You can, but we do not offer free returns, so please always contact us first if you wish to return the product. Consumer customers have a standard 14 day return policy.
Q: I found a fault or the product broke, what should I do?
A: Please contact us and we will see if we can fix the product. Products due to manufacturing defects will be refunded, or replaced free of charge.
Q: Where are the products made?
A: In Finland, by hand.
Q: I want to buy a lot of products, is there a purchase limit in an online shop?
A: The online shop does not limit the number of items you can order, but if you really want to be gentle when ordering larger quantities, please contact us first and we will make your order go through the online shop as a separate order. This makes it easier for us to manage our stock.
