The design of our cheese board has continued to be based on practicality and Scandinavian design, as well as the utilization of Hakkuri’s blade for several purposes. If you already own a Kitchen Chopper, you can take advantage of your existing Hakkuri Blade with this board. In this case, you can get just a board, even if the most sworn “chippers” separate their cheese blades from traditional chopping, and keep two Hakkuri Blades in reserve. It is by no means inappropriate to use this plank as a cutting platform, and that makes this object very versatile. Care instructions: After use, rinse the plank with cool water and dry with a cloth. Rinse the blade in cool water and, if necessary, use a little detergent, rinse and dry with a cloth. Don’t even imagine washing any of these in the dishwasher. The handle of the Hakkuri stays good when the hand handling it is clean. Any dirt can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
